WhatsApp & Meta data
ClientNect uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send and receive messages on your behalf. When you connect your WhatsApp number through our platform, messages are processed via Meta's infrastructure in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy.
We store only the data necessary to operate your follow-up workflows — such as lead names, contact numbers, and message status. We do not access or store the content of conversations beyond what is needed to deliver the service.
Your right to deletion
You may contact us at any time to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. We will action all deletion requests promptly and confirm once complete.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with standard security practices in place.
No method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
