These Terms of Service govern your use of Clientnect ("we", "our", "the service") operated by Clientnect, India. By signing up or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Clientnect provides
Clientnect is a lead follow-up automation service that connects to your WhatsApp Business account and Gmail to send automated replies and follow-up messages on your behalf.
We provide the automation infrastructure. You are responsible for the content of your business communications, the accuracy of your lead data, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Your account
To use Clientnect you must provide accurate information during onboarding including your business name, WhatsApp number, and contact email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@clientnect.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Clientnect only for legitimate business communication with people who have contacted you or consented to receive messages from your business. You must not use Clientnect to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Harass, mislead, or deceive recipients
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Gmail's Terms of Service
- Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
- Impersonate another business or individual
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
Subscription and payment
Clientnect is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
Payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Clientnect to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Service availability
We aim to keep Clientnect running reliably but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Meta's WhatsApp Business API, Google's Gmail API, and AWS. Interruptions outside our control are not grounds for refund unless they are sustained and material.
We will notify customers of any planned downtime where possible.
Data and privacy
Your use of Clientnect is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process only the data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party.
Intellectual property
Clientnect and all associated content, branding, and software remain the property of Clientnect. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its components without written permission.
You retain full ownership of your business data, lead information, and communication content.
Limitation of liability
Clientnect is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost leads, missed revenue, or business disruption.
Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing customers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
